Hi John, I just checked the link and it works OK for me. I wonder if your IT folks are blocking the SlideShare site. I also noticed that I did not have download enabled. I enabled it and the link is: www.slideshare.net/.../download

Jim, this link to a presentation from 2009 doesn't seem to work for me. Is the slide-share site still functioning? All I can see are speaker notes. This was an excellent study IMO and I often refer people to it.
