Flowboss S600+
Dear sir,
Hope you are well,
please be informed that we have 2 flow-computers FlowBoss S600+ under project Emerson P.O. Ref: 97151018. Suddenly the web base browser can't be accessed as once I logged in, the server logged out.Try more times to enter, always session logout message appears.I tried to connect directly to P152 board (CPU) for both Ethernet ports found i can ping but also no access can be occurred. This trails was performed by two PCs as a double check. Please see attached video inside link below for more info.

We made some modifications to the binary files a while ago to help alleviate these issues and you should have received details via supportnet. The most common reason is that you have some other task using the resources and the web server is a very low priority task controlled from the linux kernel and not the s600+ code directly. All we can suggest is to first power cycle the unit as this will restart all the linux tasks and then consider upgrading the binary file to the later releases but also check other connections you have tot he ethernet which is probably your supervisory and see that it is polling for the correct data

Firstly, thanks for your fast reply.
Can you help me to get more details from supportnet?
I will start power cycling and see the results...
