3095MV not configuration with EA

Hi All,

I Have problem cannot configuration 3095 MV with EA ( EA Stand Alone &  EA Snap On ), I try connect with Ea Snap On AMS cannot communication. I have error Message " OPC Unknow.

please help me to solve the problem.

  If you receive an “OPC Error: Unknown error” try the following:
  
  1. Close AMS
  
  2. Click the “START” button.
  
  3. Go to “All Programs”
  
  4. Go to “AMS Device Manager”
  
  5. Select “User Manager”
  
  6. Log in with username “admin”
  
  7. Does your login name (how you login to your computer) appear under active user (not your password, but login name)? If not, that is the issue. Click on “Add User”
  
  8. Select “Standard Unit”
  
  9. Click “Next”
  
  10. Type you login name under “Username”. Do not enter a password.
  
  11. Click all the tabs below except Make Inactive
  
  12. Click Finish. Ignore warning that you do not have a password
  
  13. Open AMS and try EA, it should now work

  Thanks before bradly burton, i try with your step but it not work, and still not communication and still OPC Error : Unknow Error, how to solve the problem ?
