I had this comment:
So what is available now to compy with GHG monitoring regs as far as flowmeters?
come into the Emerson Process Experts blog on the post, EPA Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rules and Flow Measurement.
I appreciate any thoughts I can share with DKS... thanks!
Jim,
Micro Motion has a page dedicated to Greenhouse Gas. In addition to an overview of flowmeter readiness to GHG standards, there are documentation links on the right-hand side of the following link that your customer may find useful.

Thanks Mike. Emerson's Joel Lemke also posted this response back on my blog:
Numerous types of flow meters are available to help comply with this regulation. MicroMotion Coriolis meters, mentioned above, are useful for many types of fluids. MultiVariable transmitters and flow meters are also being used to a very large extent in the fuel flow measurements now mandated. The new regulation, 40 CFR 98, requires DP Flow meters to be pressure & temperature compensated, so MultiVariable transmitters can help meet the requirements with minimum change to a currently-installed meter.
