We have installed the F200 vertically upwards on a 2" stainless steel pipe and are testing on fruit juice batch measurement application. The ingredients of each batch are carefully weighed and then the mixture sent through the flow meter to a holding tank. Out of the 5 batches prepared and sent, None of the mass readings on the F200/1700 matches with the actual batch weight. The readings of the 5 batches varied by 4.04%, 1.3%, 4.84%, -2.99% and 7.77% respectively. What could be the problem. I have to mention that the pump supplying the juice to the flow meter is of piston type and hence some pulsating vibration is felt on the piping and eventually on the F200 itself. Is this the culprit? What is the solution?

I appreciate if you could assist me in finding the appropriate solution. Thanks , Vicken.
