VIMNet Explorer Minimum PC Requirement

Can someone tell me what is the minimum PC requirement of the latest version of VIMNet Explorer? Can it work with Windows 10 Home, 64-bit?

    According to the VIMNet Explorer release notes, Windows 10 is a supported operating system.

    Thanks. It is working on Windows 10 Home. But I noticed that after some time, all of a sudden, everything got red X in the VIMNet Explorer then after some time, it becomes ok. I have redundant VIM cards in which their primary Ethernet ports are connect together with RJ45 cable while their secondary Ethernet ports are connected to the same switch. What could be the cause of the red X marks in the VIMNet Explorer?
