DeltaV Runtime Database refuse to start in MMS workstation

Hello,
I’d be grateful if you give me systematic approach to solve this problem.
One day we are seeing in Diagnostics - DeltaV  that MMS DeltaV application station not Communicating,
when we tried to access to MMS workstation for some reason DeltaV Runtime Database refuse to start,
and timer countdown for 2 mins 30 sec of DeltaV initialization (Status : Waiting for Service to start [150] ) .
When we tried to start AMS Device Manager from Pro-Plus workstation , after click on AMS Device Manager icon, nothing appears.
I don't actually know what has gone wrong because this has not happen to these system before.

Any help will highly be appreciated.
