power design

Dear ,
I have one question about design powersupply for emerson coltrollers,
I attached my design file for you,could you check it for diode-quint  that we need one diode for two power supply or we have to use 2 seperate diode for 2 powersupply?
I think it has problem when 2 output from 2 diode come together to busbar.
