Yes. We faced this when:

workstations were running DeltaV 11.3.1

controllers were running DeltaV 12.3

Everything was working fine, but the module names in diagnostics looked strange like this.

If it's the same issue with you, you can try downgrading the controllers with the controller upgrade utility, but be warned that the 2 controllers we tried to downgrade got corrupted and we needed to replace them. This could have been due to some network/power issue we had, so I cannot say that it will happen to anyone else. We left the rest of the controllers on 12.3 because anyway after a few months we upgraded the workstations to 12.3. This fixed the issue.

Needless to say, all this was on a test system, not in a live plant.
