Whenever I use the dynamo update utility it does not update the faceplate calls for the dynamos. I have the faceplate calls coded using the standard DeltaV open faceplate expert. Whenever I run the update utility on a set of dynamos I have to manually go into the VBA script and populate the module name for the frszFPExpert routine for each dynamo as it changes to simply "MODULE." The rest of the functionality of the dynamos seem to be updating fine with the utility. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a known issue with the dynamo update utility?
We were running in to the same issue and discovered if you replace "MODULE" in the frszFPExpert script with "DVSYS.MODULE" in the dynamo, then it seems to apply the dynamo correctly and pull up faceplates
