Mahshid, my Batch skills are very rusty. If the operator can interact with the control module while it is under the supervision of the Phase, I would think you need to structure the PHASE logic to validate and set parameters and either prompt or confirm said parameters at the various times in the phase. Did the value change from what it was set to? if yes, record new value in batch record. else, move on.

If the module is owned by the Operation/phase, doesn't the Operator need to take ownership, which would be recorded? The Even Chronicle records all HMI writes.
