Live graphic error

I have a GEM on one graphic and the value comes in fine. I was configuring a different graphic and the GEMs on that graphic were showing up as ????????. So, eventually i just copy and pasted a GEM from one graphic to this other one. Did the same thing. SO, the same GEM is working on one graphic but not the other.. what could possibly be the cause of this?

    I have seen this in the past. Most likely you have a datalink on the graphic that is not resolving correctly. This will break all of the datalinks on the graphic.
